In this age of ever growing threats we all want to feel a little more secure. Did you hear our wonderful president is piloting a foreign parole program for immigrants south of the boarder. How about the Mexican militaries discovery of an ISIS stronghold just south of our border. I wish I could make this stuff up. I would be a world class novelist. The cops are being handcuffed because the worst of them seem to be on some insane crime spree. All that equates to the necessity for self sufficient security for you and your loved ones.
One of the greatest security measures that you can take comes in canine form. We have had dogs around since the ice age.
Not for their good looks and demeanor. In particular I recommend the pit bull. Whatever that is. There are hundreds of brindled terrier mutts, Staffordshire terrier, bull terrier and American Staffordshire Terriers like my boy Baxter. Now I know I will get the knee jerk crowd that tells me how much they know about my dog and his behavior though they don’t even have dogs. Truth is there is no more loyal, loving and intelligent a breed.
Misconception. It’s a great word. As peppers there is the constant strain of misconception around us. People bristle at the word. Well, the pit bull is that same type of underdog. What kills me is when I hear people who face the beveled blade of misconception unleash their own on another group, race, religion.
I want to drop some knowledge on you folks about pit bulls tonight. There was a time when they were considered America’s breed. They have been in the Whitehouse and when we talk about security I recommend a couple beautiful, big chested, brindled pits to sleep in your bed and run with your kids. There is a unique history with this breed.
I also want to talk about the news of the week. We have corrupt teachers in ATL, ISIS at the border, presidents new parole program and paratroopers in Ukraine. American paratroopers! Are we at war? It’s gonna be a big night on I AM Liberty.We
